As some of you may have heard already, The Ultimate Fundraiser just moved into a brand New Office. With that being said, the first thing we had to do was paint our office. And as you can see from our colors on our blog and our website (www.TheUltimateFundraiser.US), we have very bold colors of Blue’s, Purple’s & my favorite, “Burple”! So, why would our office be any different???

As you can see with our paint swatches on the wall, we are sticking to our bold colors. We also wanted to do these swatch of at least one square foot, so you can actually how the colors look on the wall and how the paint dries. We are glad we did because half of the paint colors changed after being put on the wall and after they dried.

  
That’s right, we have 5 rooms at our office and 5 different colors…all shades of blues and purples. Hopefully it all blends together seemlessly like we hope!

We tried to use our company colors, but at the same time, not make it too dark and dreary. There were some great darker blues and purples that we liked, but it would just make the space seem dark and the space small.

  
Once we complete painting all the walls in the next few days, we will post it and see what you think. Based on the different colors you see now, let us know your opinion on how you think it will turn out and your thoughts. We look forward to hear from you!!!

Please know that there are TONS of Charities out there that need your help every day. We here at The Ultimate Fundraiser are encourage all of you to volunteer your time and donate items for Charity.

  
The best thing you can do, is to Volunteer and Donate your items/time to Charities that are important and meaningful to you.

  
It is easy…just Google or research online Charities in your area and then give them a call. 90% of Charities want/need your help immediately and they will even tell you those needs. Set aside and allocate some time in your week or in your month. Any little bit of help goes a long way.

  

Also, do a little Spring Cleaning. There are usually many things in your house that you don’t need or use anymore that can really go to benefit someone else and there are TONS of Charities out there that will gladly take those donated items.

  
The bottom line, is that there are many great Charities out there and many different Non-Profits that need your help. And don’t just do it by yourself. Encourage your family and friends to participate too because there are strength in numbers. Just make sure you do whatever you can to help those around you, no matter how little it is, it is a tremendous help!

Take a stand to stop the exploitation of children around the world by writing to the members of congress to cosponsor the legislation that will do more for the children. Join your hands with UNICEF to strengthen child protection systems around the world that addresses:

• Children living and working on the street.
• Prevent trafficking and exploitation.

UNICEF works with police, prosecutors, judges, lawyers and social services and health professionals to protect children who are separated from their families, who are the most vulnerable, and those in contact with justice and welfare systems. (Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act S.262 and H.R. 1779)

In communities across the U.S. the homeless and runaway youth are at greater risk for sexual exploitation and trafficking.

“Reauthorizing the bipartisan Runaway and Homeless Youth and Trafficking Prevention Act would help provide critical updates to the Runaway and Homeless Youth Act which expired in September of 2013. New measures include increasing the range of family intervention and reunification services offered, and improved services for youth who have been victims of human trafficking or sexual exploitation.” (UNICEF USA)
